The highly experienced team have a wealth of commercial property knowledge and work closely together from
within the Glasgow office.
The team at Gatehouse Property Management are highly qualified and have held senior and director roles at national firms. Between them, they have a vast amount of experience in all commercial property sectors especially in shopping centres and dealing with retail and corporate occupiers providing strategic and asset management advice. The surveying team works in partnership with a dedicated finance team led by a client accountant with support provided by credit control and purchase ledger colleagues. In addition, pro-active facilities and centre managers are on the ground with their respective teams focusing on customer service.
Stuart is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and established the Group in 2001.
He formerly worked in private practice as a property consultant for Chesterton, Eric Young & Co and Hamilton Glen.
Group Finance Controller
David joined the group in 2019 and has extensive experience in the commercial property sector.
He previously worked as a fund accountant for First Property and was responsible for the day-to-day finance function of the UK Commercial property funds.
David has also previously worked at Savills and Countrywide.
Director of Property and Asset Management
Stephen has nearly 20 years of experience in commercial property and has held senior property management positions as a Director at BTWShiells and CBRE. He has managed a variety of property types across the UK and has a particular specialism in the management, set up and running of shopping centres.
His previous roles have included being responsible for the strategic asset management of the entire occupational and let portfolio of RBS in Scotland.
Stephen is responsible for the property and asset management of the portfolio.
Safa joined the company in March 2022 as our Property and Asset Manager. With a strong background in managing multi PBSA (purpose-built student accommodation) and residential properties. She has years of experience in managing tenancies and client relationships while possessing strong marketing and creative skills.
Lyndsay joined the group in 2020 with experience working in a managerial role within the lettings and sales sector.
Joan joined the team in 2021 as our Credit Controller. She previously worked as a credit controller for Premier Housewares Ltd, a Wholesale Furniture Supplier specializing in quality furniture, kitchenware and interiors for the trade and interior designers, chasing payment of high value, high volume transactions from well-known suppliers like Wayfair, Aldi and Argos.
Purchase Ledger Clerk
Kieran joined the team in December 2021 having previously been Purchase Ledger at City Facilities Management (UK) and Purchase Ledger at Norbulk Shipping UK.
